NEW YORK (KCA) - Nine-time Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys will once again host the annual fundraiser for Keep a Child Alive (KCA) on Thursday, November 3rd at Frederick P. Rose Hall, Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, New York City.

For the first time in history - Alicia Keys, Common and John Mayer have come together to support this auction in another way. Five special one-of-a-kind tickets will be auctioned giving bidders the chance to personally meet these music legends. Hob-knob at the cocktail party, enjoy a gorgeous dinner in the Allen Room with it's exquisite view of Manhattan and rock out at the concert event of the year and then meet the incredible performers back stage. Visit www.charityfolks.com to bid; bidding ends on November 2nd at 4pm.

Usher, Paul Simon, John Mayer, Common, Angelique Kidjo, Baaba Maal, Femi Kuti and the Agape Children's Choir from Durban, South Africa will join Alicia Keys for a live performance. Presented by TIME magazine, "The Black Ball," will be the finale event to TIME magazine's Global Health Summit where leaders in medicine, government, business, public policy and the arts will convene to develop actions and solutions to health crises.

Keep A Child Alive is a unique campaign that offers you the opportunity to provide life-saving AIDS medicines directly to children and families with HIV/AIDS in Africa and other impoverished countries. For just a dollar a day you can help save the life of a child or a parent who can't afford essential treatment and care. Probably less than you spend on coffee each day.
