New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Esteemed singer-songwriter and entrepreneur Stacey Jackson is set to captivate audiences once again with the acoustic release of her empowering track, 'Soldier', on November 3rd. Inspired by real-life stories of Jackson's close friends who struggled to embrace their true selves, 'Soldier' (Acoustic) stands as a resounding anthem for emotional liberation and authenticity.

With poignant lyrics reflecting the courage to choose one's own path, Stacey's powerful vocals echo the message that one must be their own soldier, unwavering in the pursuit of personal truth and happiness; she sings, "There comes a time for change, the power to be free; in this game of life, we've gotta choose what's it gonna be".

Speaking on the single, Jackson says, "We all have different characters to ourselves (represented by the multiple outfit changes), but no matter who you are to people, you are always and only YOU for yourself. And there is only one REAL you. And in every scenario, you have to be your own soldier. We have to be true to ourselves no matter who is counting on us because we could never be a great parent, great at our jobs, a great sibling, friend, or partner until we are true to ourselves."

Due to the instant success of her previous releases, including 'Flipside' and 'Urgent', Stacey Jackson keeps the ball rolling with a new chapter of her upcoming album 'Super Woman', with 'Soldier' as the first teaser. 'Soldier' was co-written with Ramzi Sleiman, whom she collaborated with before on her No. 1 single 'Flipside'. Jackson revives more than just the nostalgia of the '80s; she also lets in a glimpse of her 1985 teenage rock band called Cold Front.

Stacey's love for the '80s is unmatched. In 2021, she was named presenter of her very own TV show, 'Stacey Jackson in the '80s' which ran for 3 seasons (on Spotlight TV, Sky Channel 365, Music & Memories, and Freest 500). Her single 'Flipside' was the soundtrack to the show and gained the No. 1 spot on the Global Digital Radio chart, proving the '80s really aren't over! (All episodes are still available to watch on replay on her YouTube channel.) After writing, producing, and hosting 54 episodes later in 2023, Stacey moved on to focus on her new book, 'How A Gangsta Rapper Made Me A Better Mum'.

Singer/songwriter, entrepreneur, TV presenter, and mother of four, Stacey Jackson is an inspiration for stay-at-home moms when she shot to fame, having launched her music career at age 40. Following the chart success of her debut single, Stacey has gone on to release four albums and over a dozen singles and recorded 'Live It Up' with legendary rapper Snoop Dogg. The record recently celebrated its 10th anniversary and was rebooted and relaunched in June 2021, featuring brand new mixes that included the Pink Pandas. She has also worked with Papa Levi and prolific dance music producers and remixers such as C-Rod and Dave AudeĢ. She's toured the world, from stadiums to floats at Pride, stepping out in her trademark high heels and hot pants.

If you should take anything from this new Stacey Jackson single, it is to be your own soldier and choose happiness and the truth. 'Soldier' (Acoustic) will be released on November 3rd.
