 MOBILE, Ala. (Shannon Walker) – December 8, 2005 – Integrity Label Group artists garnered five nominations for the 48th Annual GRAMMY Awards which were announced today at Gotham Hall in New York City. Mary Mary earned two Grammy nods on behalf of their latest self-titled project. The CD was nominated in the Best Contemporary Soul Gospel Album, while the first single from the record, 'Heaven' is nominated for Best Gospel Song, a new songwriter category. The songwriters for 'Heaven' are Erica Campbell, Joi Campbell, Trecina Campbell and Warryn Campbell. Also nominated in the Best Gospel Song category is Israel & New Breed's 'Again I Say Rejoice' co-written by Israel Hougton and Aaron Lindsey. The song is from Live From Another Level, but is also featured on Israel & New Breed's newest project, Alive in South Africa. Martha Munizzi was nominated in the Best Traditional Soul Gospel Album for her independent release (which is distributed to Christian retail by Integrity), Say the Name. In March 2006, Munizzi is set to release No Limits, as part of her new international marketing and distribution partnership with Integrity Music. BeBe Winans' Dream, distributed by Integrity for Hidden Beach Records, was nominated for Best Contemporary Soul Gospel Album. The 48th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 8, at Staples Center in Los Angeles and once again will be broadcast live in high-definition TV and 5.1 surround sound on CBS from 8 – 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).
