NEW YORK (By Mary Kate Melnick/ Warner Bros. Records) - New Maverick Records artist, MoZella, is hitting the road with Lifehouse this January. The soulful singer/songwriter will be opening for the band starting January 15 in San Diego, hitting numerous cities across the country and ending February 4 in New York City. The 23-year-old guitar talent grew up in the musically diverse city of Detroit, performing her rich and unique style of music since the age of 15. She has been compared to everyone from Norah Jones to Lauryn Hill; however, her influences range from such variant artists as Madonna and the Beatles. Her debut album, "I Will," was produced by Jude Cole (Beth Orton, Lindsay Pagano) and is set for spring 2006 release.
