KORN launched the release of SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE in grand style. They shook up the music video genre with the "Twisted Transistor" video that cast today's leading hip hop stars impersonating the band in what is essentially a mini-movie. They also made their first-ever performance in a U.S. television studio when they appeared November 19 on 'saturday Night Live," blasting out their blazing single "Twisted Transistor" and their classic volatile hit "Freak On A Leash." KORN also made national television airwaves, taking the art of live performance to the next level by becoming the first multi-platinum rock band to perform a set while at 37,000 feet on board a transatlantic private aircraft en route to New York from London. The plane, headed to New York for a KORN show at Hammerstein Ballroom, was filled with European MTV contest winners and eight U.S. soldiers who have served in either Afghanistan or Iraq and were on leave in Frankfurt, Germany and Venice, Italy.
