NASHVILLE, TN (Falling Up Official Website) - On the heals of their sophomore release, Falling Up lands their first No. 1 radio single from Dawn Escape making it their fourth No. 1 rock single since their 2004 debut. 'Moonlit' charted in the top spot this week on the R&R CHR Rock chart. The music video for 'Moonlit' can be viewed at https://www.becrecordings.com/video_details.php?id=88 . Directed by Nick Carobona (We Are Scientist, Mae, Anberlin).
'The hits just keep on coming from Falling Up!' says Joey Belville, Program Director, at KLYT Albuquerque. ' Our listeners go crazy for them!'

Falling Up continues to move forward with momentum from Dawn Escapes, which hit stores this past fall. Dawn Escapes is the follow-up to the hit 2004 release Crashings. Making a deliberate move to create a project that is continuous of the previous record, Dawn Escapes is a new chapter in the story the band has in mind to share with audiences. Dawn Escapes debuted No 4 on the Billboard 'Heatseekers' chart selling more than 6,000 unites during the first week.

Here is a sample of what the media is saying about Dawn Escapes:

'Dawn Escapes is a disc that rock fans should definitely consider checking out when it hits store shelves…. The music is high-energy and infectious, the production is enjoyable, and the lyrics have some weight to them…. the new tweaks and additions make the experience even more worthwhile.' -RenownMagazine.com 'Proving to be one of Christian rock's most promising new acts on the BEC roster…. The depth on songs like "Flights" and "Meridians" make the band a cut above the rest, lyrically speaking.' -Christianmusictoday.com 'About a year and a half later, Falling Up is releasing an album full of similarities and differences, modern rock and piano melodies, strong vocals and stunning lyrics, and their notable brief song titles. Dawn Escapes is worth a listen if you're looking for a new rap/rock record to add to your collection.' -Jesusfreakhideout.com

When they are not relentlessly touring across the country, Falling Up calls Albany, Oregon home. They will be on the road for 45 dates this spring with label mate Kutless on the 'Hearts of the Innocence' tour, and they will join the 'Art of Breaking' tour for 25 cities featuring Thousand Foot Krutch, Hawk Nelson and special guests. This band, formed while in high school five years ago, is composed of Jessy Ribordy (lead vocals), Jeremy Miller (bassist), Josh Shroy (drums), and Joe Kisselburgh (guitar). The band recently signed with Paradigm Management (Hawk Nelson, KJ-52, 4th Avenue Jones). Falling Up is also represented by Third Coast Artist Agency.
