LOS ANGELES (www.stevewynn.net) - Steve Wynn and his band The Miracle 3 are set to hit the road in February in support of their just-released new album, "...tick...tick...tick." With dates that span the U.S. (from Boston to Los Angeles and points in between – see tour schedule below), the band will be bringing their electric, frenzied, and compelling live show to fans throughout the country. Included in the tour run is what is becoming an annual stop for Steve and his Miracle 3: South By Southwest in Austin, TX, in March. Says Wynn: "This is a record that was meant to be played live so I'm pretty excited about hitting the road and taking it to the stage."

While on the tour trek, Wynn plans to stop in Philadelphia on February 17th to tape a performance for NPR syndicated radio show "World Café." Fans around the world will also be able to catch the performance when it airs online. The airdate will be announced as soon as it has been scheduled.

"...tick...tick...tick" is the third in a trilogy of releases to be recorded at Wavelab Studios in Tucson, Arizona, with Craig Schumacher (Giant Sand, Calexico) co-producing. For Dream Syndicate frontman Wynn and his band (Linda Pitmon on drums, Dave DeCastro on bass, Jason Victor on guitar), ten days spent in the desert created an album that Wynn calls: "louder, harder, sicker, freakier, more hopped up on goofballs than what we had done before." The album was released on Wynn's own Down There label, with distribution via RedEye. In addition to giving an accurate glimpse into the sheer power and noise the band whips up on stages around the world, "...tick...tick...tick" also boasts the songwriting debut (lyrically speaking) of Wynn pal and crime writer George Pelecanos on "Cindy, It Was Always You."
