Pete Murray and his band the Stonemasons are confirmed to hit the road again for The Opportunity Tour in April 2006. Special guest at most shows is brilliant US singer/songwriter Donvan Frankenreiter. All shows on sale 9am on Friday February 17.
With his brand new single 'Opportunity' landing in stores on Saturday, March 4, Pete Muz has announced the national Opportunity Tour for April 2006 and if his 2005 shows were anything to go by, these new dates should be stamped on your gig calendar NOW.
Last year's tour saw Pete launching his new album 'See The Sun' with unusually intimate club shows right around the country, to rave reviews from both fans and critics alike. With that disc now certified triple Platinum, the forthcoming tour will visit larger venues including appearances at the East Coast and West Coast Blues and Roots Festivals
Pete will be joined on the The Opportunity Tour by his trusty cohorts The Stonemasons and will be augmented by a full horn section on the entire tour for the first time.
Adding extra punch will be US troubadour Donovan Frankenreiter, who is confirmed to join the line up as special guest at all shows (excluding Sydney) to launch his forthcoming album.
With further special guests to be announced shortly, this is shaping up as one incredible bill not be missed! All tickets on sale at 9am on Friday, February 17.
