NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - The Strokes are feeling the pressure to record the follow-up to their critically acclaimed debut album, Is This It and as a result, they're suffering from writers' block.
The band can't come up with a name for a new track they've written, which currently has two names--"Newie" or "Untitled"--neither of which will supposedly be the final name for the track.

The Strokes debuted the song, sans title, in public a month ago at their New Year's Eve show at New York's Apollo Theater. A source close to the band told, "the thing is, everything has to be so 'just right' for the band that they've just got writers block over what to call this new track. I'm sure they'll come up with something soon though."
So far, they've written more than a dozen songs for the new album.
