Nashville, TN (Ardent Records) – Ardent Records/SRE Recordings' artist Todd Agnew is not only known and awarded for his distinctive voice but now also for his songwriting. Penning all the songs on his current project, Reflection Of Something, released last summer, Agnew's 'Isaiah 6' recently received a nod as Best Scripture Song from Worship Leader magazine's 2005 Worship Leader Praise Awards. Voted by church and worship leaders across the country, this premier trade magazine for pastors and worship leaders will list of all the winners in Worship Leader's March/April issue.

In addition, his current radio single, 'My Jesus,' is currently climbing the charts and impacting listeners everywhere. More than any other song from Agnew, remarks have been pouring in from radio programmers to the radio listener, using such words as convicting, raw and encouraging. Here are just a few of the numerous comments:

'No doubt this is one of the most powerful songs we've ever played. Todd's performance sounds incredibly sincere and heartfelt. This song is impossible to ignore!' - Chris Crain / MD, WJIE

'...it is a song that lets people know that Jesus is there for them and he will meet you where you are. That is what it is all about. ' - Tate Luck / PD, WCVO

'This song cuts to the essence of whether we're living comfortably in our cultural Christianity, or living as Jesus did. Hope the listeners appreciate the song as much as I do. Way to go Todd!' - Scott Valentine / PD, KCMS

'I had one listener tell me...this song is an example of the whole reason why we have Christian music artist's to tell us things that we need to know...to go places where we won't...to be the literal voice of Christ!' - Todd Christopher/ PD, WGNV / WEMI

'Todd Agnew paints a vivid word picture of how we think of Jesus versus how He really died for us. Just as surely as Mel Gibson captured it in "The Passion," Todd Agnew captures it in his song My Jesus.' However, Todd goes a step farther than Mr. Gibson did as he reminds that we have to choose which Jesus we will serve. The picture perfect, politically correct Jesus or the one who spent His time ministering to real people with real problems. May we choose wisely and be like My Jesus.''- Jim Stanley / MD, WAFR

"'My Jesus' was a song that touched my heart the first time I heard it. I typed the lyrics out and emailed those of my friends who have been reaching out to the hurting. The song has been an encouragement to me to continue to love those that others in the organized Body have forgotten about, knowing that we aren't alone and that the Spirit of Christ goes with us... not only with us but before us. Thanks for the blessing.' – Suzanne, fan

'The Song My Jesus' has meant so much to me. It really forces everyone to think about how we are living our Christian lives. I had to stop and think about whether or not I would really recognize Christ if I saw Him and I'm not sure if I would.'- Amber, fan
''It's a song that every church needs to hear.' - Matthew, fan

"'My Jesus' has got to be the best song ever written. The lyrics are so raw and so true, and it definitely gets me thinking about my walk with Christ daily.' – Catherine, fan

''My Jesus' has become an anthem almost for me and some of the other members of our church planting team. We are starting a church in Chicago, among the poor, the oppressed...we want a church where Jesus will be accepted. I LOVE this song!! It challenges me every time I hear it.' – Chad, fan

In just two months, three of Agnew's hit songs have received well over 80,000 spins. 'Unchanging One,' the first radio single from Reflection of Something, was recently awarded a BDS Certified Spin Award from Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems for receiving over 10,000 spins during the month of January. That same month, 'Grace Like Rain' was awarded for having over 40,000 spins. For the month of February, 'This Fragile Breath (The Thunder Song)' received a BDS Award for receiving 30,000+ spins.

Agnew has also been on the road, sharing these songs and more to thousands of fans all over the country, by headlining World Vision's 'The Name Of Jesus Tour.' The tour, also sharing the stage with Big Daddy Weave, Nate Sallie and Jason Morant, which just began this month, has been on the road for just over two weeks, has already performed to sellout crowds, and will resume in mid-May.
