New York, NY (K2 GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS) - Rock n Roll Music Legend Simon Kirke, Co-founder of Rock n Roll super groups Free and Bad Company, renowned Rock Drummer, All-Starr Player, Solo Artist, Songwriter and Performer invites you to join him in concert for an intimate evening of Simon playing the guitar and singing some of his newest material as well as his well known classics from Free and Bad Co.

In his own words, "This 'Evening with Simon Kirke' is me performing in concert with Larry Oakes, fielding audience questions and taking them on my personal trek through Rock n Roll history right up to the present.'
Few bands can trace their roots to the seminal Swan Song Record Company founded by Led Zeppelin and their manager Peter Grant.
And fewer drummers have so influenced Rock n Roll as seventies super group Bad Company's Simon Kirke.
This special event presents a chance to catch a man who claims both live in concert.
Destined to leave his mark on music history, Simon left school at 17 to pursue his passion to its zenith. Just two years later, in 1968, Simon and guitarist Paul Kossoff founded Free with Paul Rodgers and Andy Fraser.

In the summer of 1970 Free's "All Right Now" hit the top of the British charts, reaching number 4 in the United States by fall. In 1973, Rodgers and Kirke disbanded Free, joining Mick Ralphs and Boz Burrell to form Bad Company. The rest, as they say, is Rock n Roll prologue. Kirke brings to the live concert stage both the skill of a man co-founded two top rock bands as well as the raw talent and energy that has given him staying power to remain a premier rock artist, songwriter and performer today.
Join us for this most memorable evening with one of the last of the founding giants of Rock n Roll live and in concert.
