AUSTIN, TX. (www.holyhiphopawards.com) - There is an enormous amount of holy hip hop action taking place in
Texas during the month of June. The
Texas Achievement Awards and the Urban Gospel Alliance have declared June as
Texas Holy Hip Hop Month.
The month begins with various concerts and events taking place in Central Texas and continuing throughout the month with shows in Killeen, Dallas, and Houston. Each event strategically leads up to the main event which brings Texans from everywhere together for the Texas Holy Hip Hop Achievement Awards celebration on June 24th, 2006. But the party doesn't stop there! Even after the awards show weekend, events will follow such as the national urban awards show, the Urban Gospel Industry Awards. This event will be held in Houston also on June 28th. Finally, the Holy Hip Hop Convertcation in Dallas, TX will be the last stop for Texas Holy Hip Hop Month.
