Sydney, AU (Universal Music Australia) - The Predators are on the prowl, taking their prowess for hungry songs, thirsty to be sung to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in the lead-up to Splendour In The Grass 2006. The debut EP from The Predators takes in a vast soundscape of sonic territory - from the straight up rock of 'Pick Up the Pace' to the Bowie-esque leanings of 'Paintings' to invoking George Harrison's ghost on 'Still My Friend'. The Predators are Ian Haug 'Shark' (guitar, BVs), J.C 'Wolf' (bass) and Bish 'Condor' (vocals). With members of The Predators having cut their teeth with Powderfinger over the last ten years, these carnivores of rock are well versed in what makes a great song. The six-track EP 'Pick Up The Pace' is out on July 1 through Dew Process/Universal Music Australia.
