ATLANTA, GA. (www.GoodLifeChurch.org) - On June 28, 2006, Good Life International Church will celebrate the beginning of their urban ministry by hosting unforgettable performances and expressions of faith. Pastors Brian Scott and Domonique Scott will commemorate the beginning of their ministry with 'The Good Life Explosion, It's the Church, Remixed' a night of music, comedy, spoken word, dance, praise and worship. The event will begin at 7 p.m. with
Red Carpet arrivals beginning at 5 p.m. The multi-talented Kim Sky will be hosting.
Performances to include: • ABYSS, Spoken Word Artist- ABYSS, an acronym for A B-right Young Soul Searching, has been labeled a visionary, leader, and teacher. Best known for his thought-provoking rhymes on HBO's 'Def Poetry Jam,' Abyss chronicles his blessings and experiences through spoken word. For a generation that has been systematically set up for self-destruction, Abyss was predestined to offer hope and inspiration through scribe.
• Don-T, Recording Artist- D.O.N.-T., which stands for Deliverer of the Never Ending Truth, has toured with artists from Az Yet to MC Lyte on stages from Georgia to Germany. With his album, 'Walk with Christ,' Don-T's mission is to glorify Christ by reaching lost souls and focusing on the youth.
• Eshe, Inspirational Dancer- Eshe, an orginal member of the multi-platinum group, Arrested Development, is best known as the explosive symbolic dancer. Eshe has danced and coordinated numbers in Juanita Bynum-Weeks' 'Threshing Floor.' Currently, while finishing her solo debut, she is choreographing for rising recording artists and teaching dance at Life Dance, her dance company and Spiritual Feet, her dance ministry.
• Regina Murff, Real Deal recording artist- A former member of Fred Hammond's Radicals for Christ, Regina's vocal style fuses traditional gospel with soulful R&B.
In addition to displaying her remarkable vocal prowess, Regina acted in the gospel play 'Careless Times' which starred Yolanda Adams, Vickie Winans and Vanessa Bell Calloway. From the choir lofts to center stage, Regina has touched the hearts, minds and souls of many with her inspirational tributes and testimonies.
