TORONTO, Canada (Pacific/ Warner Music/ Flairs Official Website) - '...irresistible pop punk hooks...' and '...rock and roll beauty...' are two of the ways the music of Canada's THE FLAIRS has been described. The band (Dawn on vox, Jen on drums, Gillian on lead guitar, Ryan on bass) has been called 'A sea of talent...' and they've set out to prove it with the release of SHUT UP AND DRIVE, their latest Pacific/Warner Music Canada CD. Recommended tracks: 'Under My Skin,' '18 & Life,' 'Stinger.'

Taking their own advice, THE FLAIRS are motoring across America in support of the album, playing venues from West to East before heading back up North to their Vancouver home...but not really shutting up, as the band members will be quite vocal and verbal on stage and in interviews; the drive part, however, is real! Check out their web site www.theflairs.com and come out to see them in concert (dates listed below).

This three-girl, one-guy hi-powered quartet just wrapped up the Canadian leg of their trek, driving themselves around from province to province and state to state in a converted 'tour bus,' stopping in major cities to deliver their red-hot hooky and aggressive punk-rock ('prock'?) to fans of great new music.

Despite their overloaded schedule, THE FLAIRS miraculously had time to shoot a video for the song 'Sorry 4 Lovin' You,' following up on their cover of Skid Row's classic '18 & Life,' which aired in high rotation on Much Music Canada. Naturally, we're sure the new clip will follow suit.
