Bristol, PA (Future Sonics Incorporated) - NAMM:
Future Sonics, the original innovators of personal monitors and professional audio performance earphones, announced the release of their new and greatly anticipated product line, The Atrio Series (pronounced AYtree-oh). Built upon their latest MG5 driver technology, the new series will feature products specifically designed for live performance, recording studio, multimedia and broadcast applications. The new product line will also feature the company's ComfortFit brand sleeves as well as the option to upgrade to custom-fit SofterWear brand sleeves. Getting the sound quality, design and reliability to this level is the result of nearly three years of research, development and real use of these new technologies in the field with some of the best and most scrutinizing performers and engineers
Future Sonics has also announced today the release of their new patent-pending EarFills brand universal sleeves for their Atrio and Ears brands that provide longer-lasting comfort, fit and correct coupling with the ear canal. EarFills will be available as both standard with new products or as an option to ordering refills of other sleeves - depending on personal preference.
The Atrio Series
The Atrio Series continues Future Sonics' tradition of outstanding signature sound quality, reliability and client services, while featuring completely new designs and technologies specifically created to address the demands of top performers, engineers and production staff. As the concept of personal monitor systems continues to grow in the marketplace, The Atrio Series will be an excellent upgrade from any similar product and/or enhance the quality of any existing personal monitoring system.
Like the company's flagship Ear Monitors brand personal monitors - the very first professional earphones specifically designed with a custom-molded fit for live performance applications - The Atrio Series offers:
-Natural "feel" with accurate dynamic bass frequency response
-Warm, rich vocal tone and clean detailed clarity in the upper frequencies
-Excellent reproduction of the timbre of the original source audio
-Full range performance from a miniature loudspeaker measuring under 10mm
"Getting the sound quality, design and reliability to this level is the result of nearly three years of research, development and real use of these new technologies in the field with some of the best and most scrutinizing performers and engineers," reports Marty Garcia, founder and president of Future Sonics. "Every time, the results prove that we have something really incredible. Our chief engineer, Brian Skinner and the entire design team are extremely proud of what we have accomplished with this new series and we have created something beyond anything in this category on the market today. We continue to develop our own proprietary drivers - designed, manufactured and powered by Future Sonics. By all accounts, The Atrio Series outperforms any similar product at any price."
The initial models in The Atrio Series include:
Model m5 - for live performance applications (MSRP $199.00/pair USD)
Model m8 - digital media and recording studio applications* (MSRP $229.00 USD)
