LOS ANGELES (Breaking Benjamin Official Website) - With their new single "The Diary Of Jane" making enormous strides at Modern Rock and Active Rock radio, platinum rockers BREAKING BENJAMIN have announced a headlining summer tour launching July 21 with a show at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia and wrapping August 30, back in their Wilkes-Barre, PA hometown. BREAKING BENJAMIN will be joined on the road from July 21-August 30 by their guests Dropping Daylight and Evans Blue, and they will also perform at select shows with Staind.

The upcoming leg of dates precedes the August 8 street date for BREAKING BENJAMIN's third and much-anticipated album PHOBIA (Hollywood Records). "The Diary Of Jane" single is already No 13 at Modern Rock and No 6 at Active Rock.

The supernatural-themed "The Diary Of Jane" video-recently shot in New York at an old mansion-premiered on Yahoo Music and had 297,000 streams. The song's theme of romantic torment-"As I burn another page/As I look the other way/I still try to find my place in the diary of Jane"-is intensified by the band's mix of hard-charging rock, sharp hooks and soaring vocals.

PHOBIA follows BREAKING BENJAMIN's explosive platinum 2004 album WE ARE NOT ALONE, which produced a pair of compelling No 1 rock hits, "So Cold" and "Sooner Or Later." Catch up with the guys-BEN BURNLEY, vocals/guitar; AARON FINK, guitar; MARK JAMES, bass; CHAD SZELIGA, drums-at www.breakingbenjamin.com
