BOSTON, MA. (Top40 Charts/ www.myspace.com/therealtermanology) - Born and raised in the 978 (Lawrence & Haverhill, Massachusetts) 25 miles north of Boston, Termanology, now all of 23-years young, has been consumed with Hiphop and perfecting its craft since the age of 15.

Waving the Puerto Rican flag proudly, Term has spent the better part of the last two-years pounding the pavement from Boston to New York collaborating with artists such as DJ Premier, Mobb Deep, Lil Fame of M.O.P.,Guru of Gangstarr, JR Writer, Royce Da 5'9, Nottz, Shells, Prospect & Tony Sunshine of Terror Squad, Joell Ortiz and performing with the likes of 50 Cent, G-Unit, Fat Joe, Wu-Tang Clan, Kool G Rap, Lil Scrappy, Fabolous, Chingy, Tego Calderon, Akon and Saigon. Term's unrelenting grind includes releasing four mixtapes in the past year and a half including three volumes of Hood Politics and Term's first single, "This Is Hip Hop" which reached No 3 on both the CMJ and Rapattack charts. Further, Term has been spun by renowned DJs such as Clinton Sparks, Green Lantern, Kay slay and Tim Westwood and received heavy rotation from Boston's biggest radio DJs Geespin & Chubby Chubb. Term's mixtape favorites such as "Desert Eagle" w/Tony Sunshine, "55 DJs", and "22 Years" have shown up on dozens of CDs including DJ's Absolut, Envy, DJ Premier, Kool Kid, Hot 97 Hits, P Cutta, Eclipse, Marley Marl, The Cornerstone Series, and Statik Selektah.

Term's new single "Watch How It Go Down" is produced by the legendary DJ Premier (Gang Starr, Jay-Z, Nas, Notorious B.I.G.) & its accompanying B-Side, "Think It Over," features Ghostface Killah protege Trife Da God, who is featured on 4 tracks from the recently released Ghostface Fishscale album. Statik Selektah (Mobb Deep, AZ, Royce 5'9) provides the beat on "Think It Over" and a video is being shot for "Watch How It Go Down," which will feature DJ Premier, Styles P, M.O.P ., AZ & many more!! A remix for "Watch How It Go Down" is also in the works featuring Lil Fame of M.O.P. & Papoose, look for that soon!

Proving that he's primed to break out, Termanology is featured in the highly influential XXL's "Show And Prove (September 2006, page 92), the October 2005 issue of The Source's Unsigned Hype column; a column that has gained notoriety for highlighting the best up-and-coming artists (term is also featured on The Source's latest Musical endeavor Fat Tape) and has been featured in ALL of New England's major newspapers (Boston Globe ,Boston Phoenix, Boston Herald, etc...). In 2006 Term has graced the pages of many magazines including The Source, XXL, The Fader, URB, Elemental, Scratch, Ozone and Pound. He was a guest emcee on BET's 106 & Park Freestyle Fridays, acted on an episode of MTV's "The Shop" and was recently profiled on Hiphopgame.com. Further, Term has moved over 20,000 units of his popular Hood Politics mixtape series (Hood Politics IV will drop in the summer of 2006 and will include production from DJ Premier, Fizzy Womack, DC, MoSS, J. Cardim & Statik Selektah and guest appearances from Mobb Deep, AZ, JR Writer, Trife, Big Shug, & Blues legend Mighty Sam McClain) and his Indy project, Out The Gate, with producer DC (released on 1-31-06) debuted at No 1 on the Indy & Hip-Hop charts at Newbury Comics. Term is also one of the biggest unsigned artists on myspace.com (approaching 43,000 + views). Term even recently impressed Allhiphop.com's hard to please rumor king, Illseed, with his recent appearance on Mick Boogie's exclusive Allhiphop.com blend.
