Sensation Frankie J will perform center stage on the McDonald's LoMcXimo de la Musica concert series. Additional acts to share the bill with
Frankie J include Luis Fonsi, Nina Sky,
Orishas and Jeannie Ortega. Through the special tour, these talented Latin stars have all made a personal commitment to support Hispanic higher education through the Ronald McDonald House Charities/Hispanic American Commitment to Educational Resources (RMHC/HACER) Scholarship Program. For a limited 3 weeks in 12 cities, US fans will have the opportunity to see
Frankie J perform chart topping singles, such as "Don't Wanna Try," "Suga Suga," "Obsession," and "
How To Deal" among others.
Currently in the studio putting the final touches on his highly anticipated new album, Frankie J will release his forth solo effort on October 17th which will be released through Columbia Records. The R&B sensation recently wrapped up the filming of the video for his latest single, "That Girl," produced by Mannie Fresh, featuring Chamillionaire, which is currently burning up the charts across the country as one of the most added singles on radio. The yet untitled release, which is arguably his best body or work to date, boasts production and co-writing from hit makers such as Brian Michael Cox and Ne-Yo just to name a few.
Since making an impressive mark onto the scene as a solo artist in 2003, Frankie J has been a steady on the Billboard Top 10 charts with 5 hit singles from his debut album, "What's a Man To Do" (2003) and his certified Platinum, sophomore effort, "The One" (2005). Earlier this year, Frankie J released a Spanish album titled, "Un Nuevo Dia", featuring chart topping single, "Pensando en Ti."
