KWWV-FM and KXTY-FM are being sold by Salisbury Broadcasting, Inc., to the Los Angeles based Mapleton Communications which already operates KXTZ-FM, KXDZ-FM, KYNS-AM and KPYG-FM in the San Luis Obispo market.

'We are thrilled at the opportunity to expand our presence in the San Luis Obispo community with the acquisition of KWWV-FM and KXTY-FM,' said Adam Nathanson, President and CEO of Mapleton Communications.
