September 25 to qualify for the lowest price. The conference will be held in Memphis, Tenn. February 21-25, 2007. Go to Folk.org to register and download forms.
The first wave of showcase invites have been sent out ... but not the last. Showcase entry is still open and the deadline is October 20, 2006. If you have or will be applying for a showcase, the earlybird registration rate will be extended for you until a final decision is made.

With more than 2,000 attendees, the conference offers a complete view of the business world of traditional and contemporary folk music and dance through 150 showcases drawn from every possible genre of folk, as well as films, workshops, and a networking-rich tradeshow. The business conference will be held at the Memphis Convention Center and Memphis Marriott Downtown February 21-25, 2007.
