Coral Springs, FL (By Lauren Reitman/ Encore Media) - South Florida's, rock n' roll quintet, Fallen From The Sky (JMB Record$), has been selected to participate in this year's highly coveted MTV2's Dew Circuit Breakout. Mountain Dew and MTV2 will give one up-and-coming band an opportunity to make it big for a chance of a lifetime. MTV2's Dew Circuit Breakout is the ultimate battle-of-the-bands competition where musicians go head-to-head to attest they have what it takes to make it in the music business. MTV2's panel of experts have narrowed down the competition to the top six bands who will display their musical prowess as they showdown in cities across the U.S. Starting October 30th, fans will get an chance to help pick the final three bands by voting for their favorite at www.dewcircuit.mtv2.com. The final three bands will face-off live in the MTV Times Square Studio for the chance to walk away with this year's grand prize.

In the Spring of 2002, rock n' roll quintet Fallen From The Sky, (FFTS), emerged from the deep dark depths of a garage in Boca Raton, Florida and includes drummer Giancarlo Aservi, guitarists Eric Jazvac and Ky Morland, bassist Marcus Kora and lead singer Ryan Loughney. FFTS is an electric powered five-piece rock band, known for their high-energy live shows and ingenious, unpredictable songwriting style. They are proof that there is still life left to rock 'n' roll. On the edge of pop, while combining both rock and punk, FFTS creates a distinctive sound that can be compared to the likes of The Movielife and Rise Against.

FFTS has played in over 300 shows, including festivals, tours, benefits, and local gigs, and won the coveted "Battle of the Bands" on five different occasions. They have also participated in some of the biggest and most sought after music festivals, such as South Florida's largest music and arts extravaganza, Sunfest in 2003, and The Van's Warped Tour in 2004.

JMB Record$ was established by Jarett and Dr. Nevin Grushka, brothers of New Found Glory bassist, Ian Grushka in the Fall of 2003. The brothers both tired of their day jobs, decided to combine their love of music and their knowledge of the local scene, and started a label to help the "little guy." Featured artists on JMB Record$ include Words Now Heard, solo artist Chris Georggin and electrifying rock n' roll quintet Fallen From The Sky. JMB Record$ is committed to building the careers of up and coming artists, and seeks out talented individuals with drive, dedication, and passion for the music.
