Las Vegas, NV (NEV Records) -- In just their first year JAK PARIS has made a real mark in todays music scene. Their electrifying debut album, “Electric Revolution” has labeled them as serious contenders, and its first single, The Chain, rocketed on Hot AC radio. The Chain - a modern version of the Fleetwood Mac mega hit – featuring actress Scarlett Pomers (REBA) - climbed the FMQB Charts for 17 weeks with a bullet reaching # 3 at ACQB and continues to stay in the top 10.

Electric Revolution ignited a groundswell of support from fans and in September they showed appreciation by voting JAK PARIS the 2006 Debut Artist of the Year at the Las Vegas Music Awards. As fans grow nationally, Electric Revolution, won Rock Album of the Year and The Chain won the Peoples Choice Award at the annual All Access Magazine Music Awards in Los Angeles on November 4, 2006.

Furthering success and national exposure, JAK PARIS has been nominated for Hot AC/AC Breakthrough Artist of the Year by New Music Weekly for breaking into mainstream radio. The New Music Awards is an annual event that recognizes achievement for ALL Music artists, musicians, radio programmers, music directors, radio stations, and industry executives who work in America's most popular music genre. JAK PARIS will also be performing The Chain live with special guest REBA star Scarlett Pomers.

Breaking into mainstream radio has brought national attention to JAK PARIS at a speedy rate. But what makes them stand out in their newfound success is defined entirely by their hard work, music and refusing to conform to tradition. Electric Revolution was released on artist owned NEV Records and is currently available everywhere downloads are sold through IODA digital distribution.

2006 positioned them for the coming of the national release of Electric Revolution and their next single Overrated in late January 07. They are preparing to shoot a music video of Overrated with Director Geoffrey OBrien that will coincide with the release of the single.

JAK PARIS has also garnered a reputation as a high energy live act and has shared the stage with international heavyweights such as The Black Crowes, LIT, Buckcherry, Daniel Powter, Rockstar Supernova, Mat Kearney, O.A.R, Vertical Horizon and many more.
