Josh Groban 29 City North American Arena Tour Announced

NEW YORK, NY (Reprise / 143) -- Singer Josh Groban, whose new CD "AWAKE" debuts at No. 2 on the pop charts next week, will be hitting the road beginning late February. The highly anticipated AWAKE Tour announced today by Live Nation, the tour's producer, will take the multi-platinum recording artist around the globe. Concert dates for the first leg -- 29 cities -- begin February 17th in Verona, New York at the Turning Stone Casino with other highlights including NYC's Madison Square Garden on March 12th, LA's Staples Center on March 31st and the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas on April 7th.

The 25-year-old Grammy nominated artist has sold over 14 million CDs and has previously toured to wild critical and fan acclaim. Billboard Magazine has hailed the new CD as a "retail and artistic titan."

Following performances last week on "Good Morning America" and "Regis and Kelly," Groban is also scheduled to appear on "Jay Leno" November 16th, the "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" November 23rd, the "American Music Awards" on November 21st and the "Kennedy Center Honors" airing in mid-December.
