Brentwood, TN. (Sparrow Records) - Several EMI CMG artists have been nominated in Worship Leader magazine's 6th annual Praise Awards. Winners will be selected by popular vote and announced in the March/April issue. The Praise Awards exist to point the readers of Worship Leader magazine to 'whatsoever things are honest ... pure ... lovely ... of good report' (Philippians 4:8) – to a place acknowledging and affirming the excellence of the artists who have devoted their talents to creating innovative ways for the Church to experience God.' Among the nominees, Passion's EVERYTHING GLORIOUS is a contender in the Worship Compilation category. Chris Tomlin (SEE THE MORNING), Matt Redman (BEAUTIFUL NEWS), and Brenton Brown (EVERLASTING GOD) are nominated for Worship Project of the Year. Tomlin ('Made To Worship') and Brown ('Everlasting God') are also in the running for Song of the Year.
