HOUSTON, TX (Top40 Charts/ Music World Music/ Columbia/ Sony Music Soundtrax) - Music World Entertainment announced today that Beyoncé received the Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) Critic's Choice Award for Best Song for her single "Listen" that is featured in the new smash hit DreamWorks / Paramount Film "Dreamgirls."

"DREAMGIRLS - Music From the Motion Picture," the official soundtrack for the film, released by Music World Music/Sony Urban Music/Columbia/Sony Music Soundtrax, also received the BFCA Critics' Choice Award for Best Soundtrack. The winners were revealed at the 12th annual Critics' Choice Awards.

"Music World Music is thrilled Beyoncé and the 'Dreamgirls' soundtrack have been honored by such a prestigious organization as the Broadcast Film Critics Association," says Mathew Knowles, President and CEO of Music World Entertainment. "The highly anticipated soundtrack is making chart-topping history and it features the great talent of Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Hudson, Eddie Murphy, Anika Noni Rose, and we are excited to see that everyone's hard work is being recognized in all areas."

The Critics' Choice Awards are bestowed annually by the Broadcast Film Critics Association to honor the finest in cinematic achievement. The Broadcast Film Critics Association is the largest film critic's organization in the United States and Canada, representing 199 television, radio and online critics. Founded in 1995, the BFCA presents its Critics' Choice Awards each year to honor the finest achievements in filmmaking.
