NEW YORK, NY (Top40 Charts/ Black Enterprise) - Legendary soul diva Chaka Khan and former front man for The Gap Band Charlie Wilson will perform during a special dinner and concert at the 2nd annual Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit hosted by State Farm®. Sponsored by Verizon, the concert will take place on Friday, Feb. 9, 2007 and conclude the four-day leadership event designed for women executives of color.

Comedian Steve Harvey, host of "The Steve Harvey Morning Show," will introduce the evening's entertainment. He will also broadcast his popular radio show live from the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa on Thursday, Feb. 8 and Friday, Feb. 9 from 4:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m. MST (6:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. EST). The two-day broadcast will take listeners inside the career-empowering Summit and feature special guest experts who will offer tips for women's success in business.

"We're delighted to have Chaka, Charlie, and Steve at our second annual Women of Power Summit," says Allison Jones Maitlandt, vice president, marketing and events. "At Black Enterprise, we always strive to make our events both enlightening as well as entertaining; and having such celebrated talents is a treat we know our attendees will enjoy."

Khan, an eight-time Grammy Award winner whose distinct vocal style has inspired Mary J. Blige, Erykah Badu, Whitney Houston, and Kanye West, among others, is known for hits such as "Tell Me Something Good," "Sweet Thing," and "I'm Every Woman."

Wilson, lead singer of the pioneering 70s trio The Gap Band ("You Dropped a Bomb on Me," "Burn Rubber," "Why You Wanna Hurt Me," and "Yearning for Your Love"), debuted a solo album, "Charlie, Last Name Wilson," in 2005. It featured collaborations with artists Justin Timberlake, Snoop Dogg, and Black Eyed Peas writer/producer Will.i.am.
