The album was recorded largely in Get Cape's Southend bedroom, with additional sessions held at a converted lock-up in North London. Armed with his acoustic guitar and laptop computer, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly is truly a modern troubadour, building a truly fervent and loyal fanbase via hundreds of live shows over the past two years - a resume which spans spontaneous guerilla gigs, benefit performances, festival showcases, and hopelessly sold-out headline sets (including a recent SRO event at the 2,000-capacity London Astoria).
