Beyonce Sets Billboard Chart Record As 'Beautiful Liar,' Her Superstar Duet With Shakira Achieves The Biggest Jump In Hot 100 History

NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Music World/ Columbia Records) - Superstars Beyonce and Shakira have set the all-time record for biggest jump in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 as the recently released superstar duet, "Beautiful Liar," bullets upward an unprecedented 91 slots (No 94 to No 3) in a single week.

The first single from Beyonce's B'DAY Deluxe Edition, "Beautiful Liar," an irresistible Latin/pop anthem of feminine empowerment, has also entered Billboard's Hot Digital Songs and Hot Digital Tracks charts at No 1.

Beyonce appeared live on MTV's "TRL" countdown and BET's "106 & Park" on February 28, to introduce a visually-commanding video for "Beautiful Liar," lensed by director Jake Nava (Destiny's Child, Beyonce, Kelis, Pink, Usher), to her fans. That same day, the single was serviced in four versions - album version, all Spanish version, Spanglish version and a radio edit - to multiple formats on U.S. radio.

Music World/Columbia Records will release Beyonce's B'DAY Deluxe Edition, an expanded two-CD edition of the pop icon's best-selling Grammy-winning solo album, on Tuesday, April 3.

Also arriving on Tuesday, April 3 is Beyonce's B'DAY Anthology Video Album. Available exclusively at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., the B'DAY Anthology Video Album includes Beyonce's videos for "Kitty Kat (intro)"/"Greenlight," "Upgrade U" featuring Jay-Z, "Deja Vu," "Ring The Alarm," "Irreplaceable," "Listen," "Suga Mama," "Get Me Bodied," "Freakum Dress," "Flaws & All," "Kissing You" and "Beautiful Liar" featuring Shakira. As an added bonus, the video collection features fifteen minutes of exclusive behind-the-scene footage.
