While taking a break from the busy shooting schedule at "The Bold and the Beautiful" and "The Young and the Restless" she immersed herself by recording at The Shed, a penthouse studio located in the heart of New York City, which has been a creative oasis for artists ranging from John Mayer to Rod Stewart to The Secret Machines.
Those who follow "Bold" have seen the talented actress's singing voice featured many times on the show, both as 'Amber Moore' and 'Amber's' twin sister, rock 'n roll singer "April Knight.' She won the Best Female vocalist award at the 1997 International Music Awards. What fans probably don't know is that Adrienne has been taking voice lessons since soon after learning to walk and has never abandoned her dream of having a successful singing career to go along with her acting work. She has even built her own recording studio in the basement of her Hollywood Hills home.
Adrienne has been making great use of her time away from the set, writing songs for the album while recently filming two movies: as one of seven teens who become the victims of horrific supernatural murders in Matt Flynn's wild teen horror flick "Hack"; and Robin Christian's dramatic comedy "Angst" in which Adrienne plays the love interest of Veronica Mars' Michael Muhney. Her other credits include the films "Speedway Junky" and Gus van Sant's "Jimmy Zip", as well as a recent guest-star spot on "That 70's Show" and voice work in the animated "The Rugrats" and "The Wild Thornberrys."
Adrienne grew up in Mount Clemens, Michigan, graduated from high school at age sixteen and promptly packed her bags and headed off to New York City in search of her dreams - and she never looked back. Adrienne soon landed the plum part of the devious, yet well meaning, 'Amber' on CBS' "The Bold & the Beautiful", and now plays the role on CBS' "The Young and the Restless" airing daily around the globe for loyal fans in over 100 countries.
