Los Angeles, CA. (Top40 Charts/ B2k Fans Website) - Hip-Hop and R&B superstar Lil Fizz of the multi-platinum group B2k is set to release his debut album PayDay on July 17th.

The first album of an exclusive recording agreement with music industry veteran Cuda Love's Fo' Reel Entertainment, PayDay showcases Lil Fizz's far-reaching lyrical talents and features R&B crooner Ray J on the soon- to-be-Summer club banger "Beds."

"Beds" is sure to be in heavy rotation on everybody's Ipods for the Summer. "That's why I'm so excited and proud about this album. Now I can be me. I'm with people who give me freedom and creative control," states Fizz.

Another Summer anthem is "Car Wash," (not the 70's song) which Lil Fizz explains, "is about LA's car culture. On Friday and Saturday, it's a ritual for everyone to go and get their car washed and make it look sharp. It's like a party; it's crazy. The music is bumping, the cars are all shiny and everybody's flossin' on Slauson. 'Car Wash' is for everybody, but it's gonna really make Cali happy."

Lil Fizz is 1/4 of the world-famous R&B boy band B2K. B2K released their self-titled (Double Platinum) album in 2002; it exploded and spawned the mega hits "Uh Huh," "Gots Ta Be," and "Why I Love You." The group's next (and final) studio album Pandemonium! dropped late in 2002 and contained the No 1 smash "Bump, Bump, Bump" featuring Diddy, as well as "Girlfriend," "Bump That," "Everything," and "What A Girl Wants."

By 2004, B2K broke up and two of the members, Omarion and Lil Fizz, secured solo deals; yet because of label issues, Lil Fizz's Epic Records debut was put on hold.

"I feel everything is learning process. All of the issues I had with my Epic deal prepared me mentally, physically and spiritually for this album," states Fizz.

This Summer, you can catch Lil Fizz as the opening act for R&B super group Pretty Ricky, on their West Coast Summer concert tour. The dates are as follows:

* June 21-Bakersfield, CA @ Fox Theatre
* June 22-Anaheim, CA @ The Grove of Anaheim
* June 23-San Diego, CA @ House of Blues
* June 24-Ventura, CA @ Ventura Theatre
