LISBON, Portugal (Radiohead Fans Website) -
Radiohead previewed nine new songs Monday night (July 22) in Lisbon, Portugal. The concert was the opening date of the English band's European tour and it's first show in nine months.
In its two sets plus an encore at the Coliseu dos Recreios, the band featured the new songs early on, including the titles reported as "There, There," "We Suck Young Blood," "Myxomatosis," "Sail To The Moon," and "A Punch-Up At A Wedding." The titles may change, however, by the time the songs make it to the next Radiohead album.
The second set drew mostly on material from the group's last two studio albums, Amnesiac and Kid A, while the encore include the rarely heard "Lift," and the title track from 1995's The Bends
The following is Radiohead's opening night setlist:
First Set: "There There," "Scatterbrain," "Up On The Ladder," "We Suck Young Blood," "Strangely Enough I Will," "Sail to The Moon," "Myxomatosis," "A Punch Up At A Wedding."
Second Set: "I Might Be Wrong," "Morning Bell," "Karma Police," "You & Whose Army?," "No Surprises," "Dollars & Cents," "The National Anthem," "Climbing Up The Walls," "Pyramid Song," "Airbag," "Paranoid Android," "Idioteque," "Everything In Its Right Place." "Encore: "Lift," "Street Spirit," "The Bends," "How To Disappear."
