New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Nettwerk Music Group) - Oddworld Inhabitants and composer Michael Bross are pleased to announce the upcoming soundtrack release of the music from "Oddworld Stranger's Wrath", the critically acclaimed video game published by Electronic Arts in 2005.

"A fantastic soundtrack...!"
Gaming Age

With Nettwerk Music Group (Sarah McLachlan, Avril Lavigne, Barenaked Ladies, Electronic Arts) handling digital distribution, the soundtrack will contain over 50 tracks across two separate volumes. Volume 1's release date is July 30, 2007 while Volume 2 will be released at a future date (to be announced).

Lorne Lanning, Oddworld's co-founder, had this to say about the soundtrack, "It was inevitable that Michael's amazing musical and sound design contribution to our series would one day find its way to fans as an experience unto itself. Well, finally, here it is! I've had the pleasure of listening to this music on my iPod, by the pool, and in my car for years. Finally, now the fans can too."

Taking time specifically for the release, Bross remixed some of the tracks to enhance clarity and depth. It was then mastered at Stephen Marsh Mastering (Los Lobos, Fiona Apple, Incubus) in Hollywood, CA by Stephanie Villa.

"The game was an important project to me, and I'm delighted to finally see the music released in soundtrack form," Bross states.

The soundtrack will be available through digital stores such as iTunes, Rhapsody, eMusic and Napster. The CD version will be available from the composer's site at www.bross.com and also Amazon.com.
