NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Columbia Records) - The rising young R&B/pop singer and performer Tiffany Evans will light up the stage of summer's biggest party as a special guest artist on the "Screamfest '07" tour launching August 3 at the New Orleans Arena (see full itinerary following).

Tiffany will give "Screamfest '07" audiences a sneak preview of her long- awaited major label debut album, Tiffany Evans, slated for release on Tuesday, November 20.

Presented by BET and Scream Star Entertainment, "Screamfest '07" stars headliners Ciara and T.I. with special guests T-Pain, Yung Joc & Lloyd. Tiffany Evans will join Ciara on-stage to perform "Promise Ring," the first single from Tiffany Evans, as well as her show-stopping rendition of "Let Me Be Your Angel," Tiffany's breakout signature cover of the Narada Michael Walden song (originally a smash hit in 1980 for a then-13-year-old Stacy Lattisaw).

"Tiffany is very fun to work with," says the chart-topping multi-platinum artist Ciara. "She has so much personality and energy. She is very mature for her age. When I work with her in the studio, she reminds me of myself when I was younger in so many ways. She knows what she wants and is not afraid to ask questions and give creative input. Her vocals are very strong, powerful and soulful with the kind of voice that you want to hear a cappella. And she records pretty fast! Her single 'Promise Ring' is undeniably a hit and is just a small taste of what's in store. I can't wait for the world to hear her."

Ciara's predictions regarding "Promise Ring" are already coming true. "Promise Ring" was the among the Most Added singles at Urban Radio the week of July 17. During that same week, "Promise Ring" was also named BET's "Rated Next" and added into BET's Medium Rotation straight out of the box. The video for the track enjoyed a "New Joint Premiere" on BET's highly-rated "106th & Park" the week of July 24, the day before it was added to MTV Jams and MTV Hits. "Promise Ring" is produced by DJ Smurf and Brian "B-Nasty" Reid.

Born in the Bronx on August 4, 1992, Tiffany Evans was already singing by the age of 3, and aced her audition for "Star Search" at age 10, delivering a roof-raising rendition of "Stormy Weather." In February 2003, on her fourth "Star Search" appearance, Tiffany Evans won the Grand Champion title in the junior singer division. She also became the only performer in "Star Search" history to receive perfect five scores on all of her appearances.

With her musical career already on the upswing, she landed a small role on CBS's "The District," and appeared in the hit film, "The Diary of a Mad Black Woman," in 2004. In addition to her burgeoning singing career, Tiffany continues to pursue acting with an eye on more film and TV work.
