BURBANK, CA. (Top40 Charts/ Walt Disney Records) - Multi-platinum singer/songwriter and star of the hit Disney Channel series 'Hannah Montana,' Billy Ray Cyrus cracked the Top 3 on Billboard's Top Country Album chart with his Walt Disney Records album, Home At Last, scanning 28,000 units for the week ending 7/29/07. The album also entered the Top 20 on Billboard's Top 200 Album chart. This achievement marks the singer/songwriter's highest chart debut since his 1993 CD release It Won't Be The Last.

Additionally, both father and daughter (Miley Cyrus) have albums in the Top 20 in the same week. Miley Cyrus' double-disc set Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus is No 5 on the Top 200 and recently certified platinum.

Home At Last features a collection of original songs and timeless classics, including the moving ballad 'Ready, Set, Don't Go,' written for Cyrus' daughter Miley. The song was recently featured in an episode of Hannah Montana. The single is R&R's Hot Shot Debut at No 47, again marking the highest entry for a Billy Ray Cyrus single since 2001's 'Southern Rain.'

Home At Last includes thirteen tracks that speak deeply to matters of the heart and family. A unique combination of musical styles from Billy Ray Cyrus and a veritable bevy of world-class musicians permeates the CD, which also features the tracks 'You Can't Lose Me,' original music from Grammy Award winner and hit-maker Dianne Warren and 'Flying By' from one of Country music's hottest songwriting teams, Tom Hambridge, Joanna Smith and Jeffrey Steele (creators of Rascal Flatts' No 1 song, 'What Hurts the Most').
