Los Angeles, CA. (Top40 Charts/ High Powered Entertainment) - High Powered Entertainment is making major moves in September, dropping Thug In Thug Out from Tupac Shakur proteges Young Noble and Hussein Fatal on the 11th. The CD marks their first collaboration in over 10 years since the murders of Shakur and Kadafi. Distributed by Koch, the indie will also drop Gangsta Party from Tha Dogg Pound member Daz Dillinger on the 25th.

High Powered CEO and producer John Silva has delivered track after track of infectious beats to satisfy music lovers the world over. Thug In Thug Out and Gangsta Party are rich with the gangsta sound synonymous with the region. Both projects feature rap royalty ranging from Snoop Dogg, E-40 and Redman to Kurupt and Spice 1.

According to the New Jersey-based rapper Hussein Fatal, the Thug In Thug Out project is long overdue. "We were all affected by the loss of our brothers ... their impact on our lives is greater than any beef."

"Pac, Kadafi, Fatal, all of us are Outlawz for life," added Young Noble, who along with original Outlawz member EDI recently signed with Young Buck's Cashville Records. "Thug In Thug Out speaks to the streets and shows our evolution as artists and men." Thug In Thug Out boasts the raw sound and prolific flow associated with 2Pac's hand-picked emcees. The reunion project features Daz Dillinger, Yukmouth and Outlawz EDI and Kastro.

Following the Outlawz launch, Daz Dillinger's Gangsta Party will hit stores nationwide on September 25th. Viewed by millions as a staple of West Coast hip-hop history, Daz Dillinger remains true blue to the California Love that has etched his place in the gangsta music hall of game. The original Man in Blue, whose group Tha Dogg Pound, just penned a deal with Cash Money Records, has rounded up his homies including; cousin Snoop Dogg and heavy hitters E40, Kurupt, Young Noble, Hussein Fatal, Redman, Keak Da Sneak and Yukmouth to be special guests. The album's first single, "Caught Up," features Jagged Edge and Joe Budden.

Fresh off of Jermaine Dupree's So So Def recording label, multi-platinum producer Daz Dillinger joined forces with Silva, to extend his hospitality, inviting his loyal fans and newcomers to drop in on the new Gangsta Party [Part 2, a clever throwback to the original "Gangsta Party" made classic by Dillinger's infectious hook and beat and of course rap legends Snoop Dogg and 2Pac.

High Powered's presentation of Dillinger's G-funk affair is laced with 15 banging tracks by producer John Silva. Dillinger delivers his popular lyrical prowess and heat seeking hooks on solo joints "Gangsta Sh*t", "About That" and "That's Deep". Gangsta Party bangers include; "Got What You Want" starring Redman, "Start a Problem" with Spice 1, "Do What I Wanna" with Jayo Felony and "All about The Money" featuring Mistah F.A.B. and Keak Da Sneak.

Approaching the 10 year milestone, High Powered is multifaceted growing music industry force. Koch Distribution recently added the thriving label to its illustrious roster to release their music products such as Gangsta Party, Thug In Thug Out, G Dub's Struggle & Success, Jayo Felony's Still Tru'ed Up, Killa Tay's Flood The Market and The Bizne$$ DVD.
