WASHINGTON, DC. (Top40 Charts/ RIAA) - A concept album featuring T.I. battling his alter-ego, T.I. vs T.I.P represents the split personality of T.I. as both a street hustler and high-roller. But no matter which T.I. fans prefer, it's clear they pick this latest offering by launching it to both Gold and Platinum certification.

The popular, well-known Now That's What I Call Music! hits series continues its Platinum streak with the Capitol-released album Now That's What I Call Music! 25. Volume 25, a collection of this summer's chart topping hits, sold more than 1 million units, certifying it both Gold and Platinum. Its forerunner released on Universal Records, Now That's What I Call Music! 24, also achieved Gold and Platinum status this month.

Country artist Joe Nichols received his first ever Platinum award this month by reaching the 1 million mark for his 2002 Universal South release Man with a Memory. It's likely he'll remember this one.

Rock icon Bon Jovi is still captivating his audiences not only in tight pants but also with another exciting and fan-satisfying release titled Lost Highway. This 2007 Mercury Nashville album has already hit Gold by selling more than 500,000 copies. This certification marks Bon Jovi's twelfth certified album with a total of more than 33.5 million albums sold to date.

Not only were they featured on a single from Bon Jovi's Lost Highway but country rock duo Big & Rich are also busy with the success of their 2007 Warner Brothers release Between Raising Hell & Amazing Grace, certified Gold.
Not often does gym class turn out to be a positive and life-changing experience. For two boys that met in physical education class and co-founded the band Gym Class Heroes, the experience proved its weight in Gold. The group used their unique mix of rap, rock, and R&B to gain their first ever Gold record for their Fueled By Ramen 2006 release As Cruel as School Children. Their chart topping single 'Cupid's Chokehold' was certified as a Platinum digital single last month, selling more than 1 million downloads.
Hailing from Boston, the new pop/rock group Boys Like Girls received their first RIAA certification with their single 'The Great Escape.' This single was certified Gold and is the first track from their self-titled debut album released on Columbia Records.

The RIAA awarded a total of 15 albums, 1 digital single and 1 Master Ringtone. All certifications are calculated by Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman. Complete lists of all album, single, mastertone and video awards can also be accessed at www.riaa.com.
