SPARTA, NC. (Top40 Charts/ NAPCO) - Specializing in design and manufacturing of packaging for the entertainment industry, Napco (www.napcousa.com) announced today the availability of its 100 percent recycled pulp paper CD and DVD ECOtrays. As one of the most environmentally friendly packaging solutions available, it also provides outstanding performance for disc retention and full automation on select automated pack-out lines.

Central to the ECOtray's strengths is its patent-pending FIBERlok hub, which offers superior disc retention even during the most rigorous drop testing. The hub can withstand continuous use without collapsing or breaking. The ECOtray has also passed environmental testing for heat and humidity.

Among the ECOtray's other attributes, the highly sophisticated fine pulp molding process provides the tray with an extra-smooth finish and consistent shape and form for optimized disc packaging automation. A specialized surface sealing process prevents paper fibers from lifting so that the discs remain clean and completely protected from any scratching or abrasion.

The tray is made primarily of a combination of post consumer paperboard along with some recycled corrugated box material, thus making the ECOtray the perfect combination of fully recycled materials balanced to offer the right amount of rigidity with enough flexibility to provide exceptional overall performance.
