New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Rounder Records) - We're buggin' out over the news that Ween's new album La Cucaracha will debut at No 69 on the Billboard Album Charts this week.
This marks the highest-ever chart debut in the band's 20+ year history. The album, their first for Rounder Records, also bows at No 11 on Billboard's Alternative Album Chart and No 9 on Billboard's Internet Album Chart.

La Cucaracha is earning Ween some of the best reviews of their career. The New York Times called it 'the best and funniest Ween album since Chocolate & Cheese, from 1994."

Ween's most extensive tour in three years is also off to a winning start. Virtually all shows to date have sold out, as have their two upcoming NYC sets, November 30 and December 1 at the new 3000+ capacity venue, Terminal 5.
