LOS ANGELES, CA. (Top40 Charts/ Mesa/ Bluemoon Records) - The holidays will be a festive time for the Tom Fuller Band (www.tomfullerband.com). The debut single 'Air That I Breathe' from the forthcoming album Abstract Man has entered the Top Ten (No 9) on the FMQB AC Chart alongside such notables as The Eagles, Fergie and Maroon 5. Additionally, the single is in the Top 40 (No 37*) on the R&R New & Active chart and Top 40 (No 38*) on the Billboard Media Base Chart.

One of music's most dedicated and thoughtful performing outfits, the Tom Fuller Band of Chicago, has signed with the legendary label Mesa/Bluemoon Records. Known for its roster of jazz and world artists in the past, the Tom Fuller Band is the label's first rock act.

Tapping into the legacy of rock's greatest music while looking ahead, Fuller embodies a consciousness of cool, offering pop sensibility with an edge that can be traced from late '60s-Beatles through Oasis in the '90s up to present-day.

Formed in Chicago, the Tom Fuller Band made its debut with Chasing An Illusion, produced by Nashville hit-maker Rick Chudacoff, whose credits range from legends like the Temptations and Smokey Robinson to Grammy-winning country-bluegrass queen Alison Krauss. The acclaimed album generated a string of 5 top 5 FMQB / AC hits that included "Back Again" and "Dare to Love." The group reunited with Chudacoff for its new follow-up album, Abstract Man. "It's the culmination of 14 songs which can all stand on their own on mainstream radio,' Fuller says. 'This collection has the same kind of thought-provoking lyrics I wrote on Chasing, but where the first album had a lot of ballads, the majority of songs on Abstract Man are uptempo, killer rock."
