NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Coty Inc.) - Coty Inc., the world's largest fragrance company, announced today the signing of actor and modern country music superstar, Tim McGraw, as Coty's latest beauty partner to develop and market his own signature fragrance.

Recognized as a down-to-earth country music icon, McGraw's first and yet- to-be named fragrance will capture his rugged, stylish demeanor. Set to debut summer 2008, the fragrance will be available in stores across North America.

"Tim McGraw's authentic and spirited personality make him the ideal partner for a new fragrance," said Bernd Beetz, CEO, Coty Inc. "Just as Tim has delivered 30 number one hits and sold over 36 million albums to date, we anticipate a blockbuster fragrance for both his fans and the beauty industry. We are very excited about our latest celebrity collaboration and look forward to a successful and sustained partnership."

"Creating my own fragrance is an exciting new endeavor for me," commented McGraw. "Coty has a great creative and marketing team, one of the best in the industry and I'm looking forward to working with them."

The anticipated new men's fragrance will be widely distributed in major retailers across North America. Marketing plans for the modern country star's fragrance are currently in development.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
