NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Atlantic Records) - Aphilliates/Grand Hustle/Atlantic recording artist Drama has announced this week's release of his eagerly anticipated debut album, "GANGSTA GRILLZ: THE ALBUM." The collection - which features the banging hit single, "5000 Ones" - is available in stores and online now.

The ATL-based Drama is known far and wide for his legendary "Gangsta Grillz" mixtapes. "GANGSTA GRILLZ: THE ALBUM" follows that same flowing formula, only with all-new original material that gathers together a veritable who's-who of modern hip-hop. Among the rap icons included are T.I., Young Jeezy, Outkast, Lil' Wayne, Rick Ross, Young Dro, B.G., MJG, Eightball, Jadakiss, Paul Wall, Lloyd, Lil' Jon, Pharrell, LA the Darkman, Willie The Kid, Freeway, and The Clipse, with production contributions from such studio luminaries as Don Cannon, Jazze Pha, Drumma Boy, Khao, and The Runners.

"This album is going to bring the movement of southern rap culture, the mixtape game, and quality hip-hop to the masses," says Drama, "where they no longer have to go to a street corner or a bodega or the Internet to know about 'Gangsta Grillz.'"

"5000 Ones" - which features Nelly, T.I., Diddy, Yung Joc, Willie the Kid, Young Jeezy, and Twista - is currently impacting at Urban radio outlets nationwide, while the track's companion video clip has just been added into rotation at MTV Jams. The video premiered last month on BET's "Rap City" with a special episode filmed during the clip's production. Drama recently heralded the release of "GANGSTA GRILLZ: THE ALBUM" by appearing as guest DJ on BET's "106 & Park."

Drama will spend December on a whirlwind promotional tour, with stops slated in major markets coast-to-coast, including Philadelphia, Dallas, New Orleans, Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, and of course, Atlanta. For up-to-the-minute news and tour details, please see Drama's official MySpace page, www.myspace.com/djdrama.
