LAS VEGAS, NV. (Top40 Charts/ Terpin Communications) - Who: Danny Socolof, the music industry's leading digital dealmaker, and former Microsoft executive Jeff Henshaw, will publicly unveil the DeepRockDrive (https://www.deeprockdrive.com) platform and service for creating, producing and promoting live high-definition interactive performances for a global audience. Socolof is perhaps best known for crafting for Pepsi the marketing and distribution agreement with iTunes that changed the face of music marketing in 2003, as well as the even larger Pepsi-Amazon MP3 deal that will roll out at this year's Super Bowl. Henshaw was founding executive producer for both Xbox and Xbox 360 before co-founding DeepRockDrive with Socolof.

What: DeepRockDrive allows any artist to perform a live, fully interactive concert to a global audience. DeepRockDrive's professionally produced, high-definition, multi-stream shows combine a level of live video and audio quality never before experienced on the Internet, with unprecedented social interaction between performers and fans inside a live concert environment. The service removes wealth and geography as barriers to connect a worldwide group of fans with artists in an immersive live interactive concert where every fan has a front row seat.

DeepRockDrive can be used by any artist, from independent solo performers to global superstars for one low per ticket price of $6.99 which is split 50-50 between the artist and DeepRockDrive. The interactive performances give fans the ability to choose from at least four camera angles, vote for what the next song played will be, and create live digital shout-outs to artists in the studio. The Company will also announce its funding, strategic and marketing partnerships, as well as showcase two of the hottest performers in the indie music category with live interactive shows for a very limited VIP audience.
