This year Laura won with a song she co-wrote with Page Jackson and Beau Hendrich called "Sticks and Stones", this may sound familiar because Laura won last year with a song she co-wrote with Page and Beau called "Cross That Line". Last years awards put Laura up against Bryan White, who has had two(2) Platinum albums and he also won titles such as CMT's Rising Star and Male Video Artist of the Year. Lindsey Haun was also in the list, who was signed to Toby Keith's new record label.
