With this acquisition Mozes expands its presence in the influential Nashville music market and broadens its offerings in live concert promotions.

"Hurricane brings Mozes incredible expertise with live concert mobile experiences for some of the biggest names in music," said Dorrian Porter, CEO of Mozes. "That expertise combined with our platform further enables Mozes to tie the web, the cell phone and live events together in a way that is meaningful to music fans and connects them to what they love."

Hurricane was founded by music industry veteran Chris Stacey in 2005. Its client roster includes Universal Music Group Nashville, Universal South, Spalding Entertainment and Midas Records, and it has delivered on promotions for such Grammy Award winning artists as Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, Wynonna Judd and Rascal Flatts. In 2007, the Company powered over two hundred live concert experiences including two of the top ten grossing concert tours in the U.S. Touring artists used the service to power in venue "text to screen" capabilities, live contests and music content sales.

"Mozes has established itself as the clear choice for artists to engage their fans on the mobile phone using voice, text and the web," said Chris Stacey, President and CEO of Hurricane Interactive Promotions. "By combining the Mozes platform with our own live concert capabilities, we will provide a trusted and reliable way for our music clients to delight their fans, create lasting relationships and open new doors for commerce."

"Hurricane approached us about developing a mobile database for Brooks & Dunn through in-venue text messaging. In a short span of time we've built an extensive mobile fan club, providing us with a vehicle that allows Kix and Ronnie to remain in close contact with those fans, as well as an additional avenue to market their music and tour," said Denise Nichols, EVP, Spalding Entertainment. "We look forward to taking our mobile promotions even further with Mozes and are excited by their industry leading approach."
