Harrisburg, PA. (Top40 Charts/ Solution6 Records) - For the past 10 months, Rise Phoenix Rise has maintained a heavy tour schedule up and down the East Coast hitting college town after college town. Their song 'Boxing Josh' was featured on 'Real Wild Girls Spring Break 2007 DVD' last year which was filmed while they were headlining the famous Key West, Florida nightclub Durty Harry's. This year they were asked to perform at Club Lavela in Panama City Beach, Florida for the week of March 3rd - 9th, the week that MTV will be in town. With this resume, it is easy to see why Rise Phoenix Rise have been dubbed the 'MTV Spring Break Party Band'.

The band - which draws influences from Foo Fighters, Matchbox 20 and Jimmy Eat World - exhibit the quintessential pop/rock band's sound and energy: edgy, with a lot of hooks. Rise Phoenix Rise has performed from New York City to Key West, Fla., garnering tons of praise and a legion of loyal fans along the way. That's because the band personifies the kind of youthful rock that hits a nerve with listeners of all ages.

Rise Phoenix Rise's debut title is also receiving praise from industry insiders. 'The Land Of Oohs & Ahhs" shows signs of a major hit record,' said Lee Swartz of Sony Publishing. 'Walk Away,' the first single from the album, is currently ranked in the top 100 Active Rock Radio Charts and has been gaining airplay nationally on many radio stations that rarely play independent music. 'It's a good tune. I think they have something here,' said Ryan Wild, DJ at KCCQ.

About Rise Phoenix Rise:
The band played several dates on the Vans Warped Tour over the summer and headlined 2007 MTV Spring Break in Key West, Fl. They have shared the stage with such acts as Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Bowling for Soup, 10 Years, Butch Walker and more. The band's website, www.risephoenixrise.com, has received over 10,000 visitors in the past two months and Rise Phoenix Rise has gathered more than 15, 000 friends on myspace.com.

About 'The Land Of Oohs & Ahhs'
'The Land Of Oohs & Ahhs' is the debut CD from Rise Phoenix Rise. The first single 'Walk Away' is currently ranked No 98 on Active Rock Charts. The song was picked up by more than a dozen stations across the country last month and is expected to be picked up by many more in the next few months.
