President/CEO and "American Idol" musical director Rickey Minor; DJ Shortee; GRAMMY winning guitarist Steve Vai, Sublime's Eric Wilson and GRAMMY Award-winning film score composer Hans Zimmer.

WHAT: Fourth Annual GRAMMY Camp - The program offers 75 selected high school students a 14-day interactive residential summer music experience. Focusing on all aspects of commercial music, this unique opportunity provides instruction by industry professionals in an immersive creative environment with cutting-edge technology in professional facilities. GRAMMY Camp is sponsored in part by Epiphone Guitar.

The curriculum engages students in the technical aspects of creating, performing and recording and emphasizes new and emerging music technologies. The program offers 15 music career tracks: Audio Engineering; DJ-Remixing; Film Scoring; Music Journalism; Music Production; Video Game Music and Sound Design; and performance tracks in Keyboard; Guitar; Bass; Drums; Saxophone; Trumpet; Trombone and Songwriting. A new track this year, Concert Promotion/Production, is being coordinated by AEG Live. All tracks culminate in media projects, CD recordings and/or showcase performances. GRAMMY Camp will be held at the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music and other professional venues throughout Los Angeles, Calif.
