WHAT: GRAMMY Charity Online Auctions Spring/Summer Auction Series — The May auction offers an array of celebrity-signed music memorabilia and VIP experiences at www.ebay.com/grammy, presented in partnership with Kompolt. This series of events continues with monthly auctions in June and July and includes the grand opening of the GRAMMY Charity Online Auction store, which will feature Christian Audigier, owner of Ed Hardy, T-shirts and sneakers custom designed in celebration of the 2008 Person of the Year Tribute. All proceeds raised through the auctions and the store will benefit the programs and services of the MusiCares and GRAMMY Foundations.
The May auction runs now through May 22 and features the following exciting lots:
• VIP golf experience with Alice Cooper plus Delta Air Lines vouchers and a two-night stay at the Mondrian, Scottsdale, complete with dinner and spa treatments.
• Epiphone Slash Signature Model Guitar signed and played by Slash at the 2008 MusiCares MAP Fund Benefit Concert honoring Alice Cooper and Slash.
• Memorabilia from the 2008 MusiCares MAP Fund Benefit Concert, plus memorabilia from Brandi Carlile, Fergie, Jonas Brothers, John Mayer, Ozzy Osbourne, Les Paul, Red Hot Chili Peppers' Anthony Kiedis and Chad Smith, REM, David Lee Roth, Ringo Starr, Billy Bob Thornton and Brian Wilson, plus stage-worn wardrobe from Dave Gahan of Depeche Mode and Nixon watches and wristbands made of wardrobe from Steve Earle, Billy Morrison, Steven Tyler and Scott Weiland.

Along with Audigier, Philip Simon of PSDI USA, the license owners for Ed Hardy Shoes, designed a charitable sneaker/tennis shoe for the event. These wearable collectibles will now be available for purchase as part of the grand opening of the store portion of www.ebay.com/grammy.
