NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ By Skip Henderson/ Nashville Records) - Nashville Records (PINKSHEETS: NSHV) today announced the signing of Gary Meggs and the Ezekiel 3:18 band to the Nashville Records Label. Gospel enthusiasts will be particularly thrilled to hear that Gary's next album is releasing this month.

Gary Meggs is a renowned Saxophonist who has performed with well-known performers such as the Four Tops, the Temptations, Barbara Eden, Don Rickles, the Lennon Sisters and Mickey Gilley. Gary and Ezekiel 3:18 are a faith-based ministry that travels all across the United States spreading the good word and encouraging Christians.

After three years of traveling thousands of miles and performing hundreds of concerts, Meggs stacked up 5 tunes in the Power Source Gospel top 100. Meggs and Nashville Records are releasing the new album, titled "Jesus Knew," this month and are already working on a Christmas album that will be available for the holiday season this year.

Gary Meggs and the Ezekiel 3:18 band have been called by radio DJs across the country as "the most refreshing sound to come along in Christian music in a very long time." Recently, a Nashville Review wrote, "The saxophone playing is as marvelous as any Kenny G. It is fresh and tastefully done. Gary Meggs and Nashville Records deserve a big thumbs up on this one."

Gary says he is very excited to once again be working with Gene Sibbett, President of Nashville Records. The duo teamed up a few years ago and charted two songs in the top 10. Two new songs from the album will release on radio nationwide, "Son of America" and "He's Knocking." Nashville Records is excited to add Gary Meggs to the label. "We want to help Mr. Meggs and his awesome group spread the good Christian message, and are excited to play an active role in supporting his efforts," according to Sibbett.

Meggs has built up a base of supporters that have grown to love and enjoy his musical talent. More information and concert-listings can be found at: www.garymeggs.com. Clips of his music can also be heard at: www.nashvillerecords.com/meggs.htm.

In closing, Mr. Sibbett added, "We are approaching a very exciting period of time for Nashville Records. In addition to Mr. Meggs being added to the label, the company is completing the required activities on the previously announced dividend and more news on the TriMark anti-piracy technology, which news we will announce later this month."
