Blowing Trees Video For 'The Day The World Left Me' Added To Fuse TV's 'The Worm'

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Fuse TV) - June kicks off strong for BLOWING TREES, as FUSE TV adds the video for "The Day The World Left Me" to its online program "The Worm" today. After establishing a foothold in their hometown of San Antonio, the quartet have been gigging around Texas after their highly touted SXSW performances, and have recently been added to the annual Diversafest lineup in Tulsa, OK on July 26th, alongside All-American Rejects, Paramore and The Roots, to name a few.

The Trees' "hook-laden 12-track journey that swirls between psychedelic and anthemic" (Billboard magazine) is piquing the interest of film and TV music supervisors and has lead to a few licensing deals for the band. MTV will be using the track "When The News Hits The Stores" in promos beginning tonight for "The Real World," and will feature the song in the June 11th episode of the show. "A Different Tune" will also make its way into the new Howard Deutch film starring Dane Cook and Kate Hudson later this year. E!'s new series "Living Lohan" featured the epic "Goodnight Lungs" this previous Sunday and will re-air the episode tonight at 10:30pm EST.

Blowing Trees' self-titled debut album was produced by David Castell (Blue October) and left Billboard magazine to proclaim "Blowing Trees are primed to blossom." With things going the way they are, it seems as if Blowing Trees are in full bloom.
